Walaa Studio LLC provides creative and marketing services — branding, website design and build, and advertising management. Because we sell services rather than physical products, this policy explains how payments and refunds work.

Proposals & payment. Each project is quoted in a written proposal. Work begins once the agreed initial payment is received.

Deposits. The initial deposit reserves your place in our schedule and covers the strategy and setup that begin immediately. Deposits are non-refundable.

Work in progress. For multi-phase projects, payments are tied to milestones. If you end a project early, you’re responsible for payment for all work completed and in progress up to that point; anything paid beyond that is refundable.

Completed work. Once a deliverable has been approved and delivered, it is not refundable.

​

Advertising spend. Money paid to ad platforms (such as Meta or Google) is separate from our fees and is spent directly with those platforms. It is not refundable by us once spent.

 

Project-specific terms. The signed proposal for your project may set specific payment and refund terms, and those control over this general policy.
