These Terms govern your use of walaastudio.com (the “Site”), operated by Walaa Studio LLC (“Walaa Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to them.

The Site. The Site presents who we are and the services we offer. Descriptions of services, phases, or results are for information only and are not a binding offer.

Engagements. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement signed by both parties. Where that agreement and these Terms differ, the signed agreement controls for that project.

Intellectual property. All content on the Site (text, design, logos, and the “Walaa Method” name and framework) belongs to Walaa Studio LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Ownership of work we create for a client transfers as set out in that client’s signed agreement.

Portfolio. We may display work we’ve produced, including client projects and our own brands (such as Ezio Life), as examples of our capabilities.

Third-party links. The Site links to other sites we operate or partner with (Walaa Films, ClearShip Fulfillment, Ezio Life) and to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.

Disclaimer & liability. The Site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available but don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Walaa Studio LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
